What counts as a connected database?
Each unique database instance or warehouse you connect counts as one. For example, a PostgreSQL RDS instance is one database. A Snowflake warehouse is one database.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you're charged the prorated difference. When you downgrade, you'll receive credit toward your next billing cycle.
Do you access my actual data?
No. QueryWise only reads system catalog views and vendor APIs (billing, metrics, query statistics). We never access your application data or run queries against your databases.
What's savings-based pricing?
For Enterprise customers, we offer an option where pricing is based on 3-5% of demonstrated cost savings. You only pay when QueryWise saves you money.
